ADVISORY BOARD

Mr. Yuryev was the Deputy Speaker of the Duma for the Russian Federation from 1996-1999. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Cvetmetholding Ltd., an investment company specialized in mining projects in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. During the last several years he held the position of the Chairman of the board of directors of the Joint Stock Company Eurofinance Group, an investment company with a diversified portfolio of projects from various industries. Before that Mr. Yuryev was the Chairman of the Board of the Investment and Industrial Group Eurasia, an investment company with projects in the construction, energy and finance sectors. In addition, Mr. Yuryev has about 10 years of experience dealing with Russian mining, oil and gas companies.

Mr. Sergei Dubovik is a partner of AGA Management Ltd. AGA Management Ltd. is a leading, Moscow based consulting company specializing in Russian M&A market and management consulting and played an instrumental role in acquisition of Rudprominvest in 2007 as agent for the vendor. Before joining AGA Management Ltd. in 2006 he had fourteen years of experience as a businessman, consultant and manager with KPMG (Moscow-Bahrain), JSFC «Systema», Regional Development Company etc. His major focus is M&A and business restructuring. Mr. Dubovik has a Master Diploma in Applied Math (Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, 1991).

Mr. Denis Saklakov is a founder and a Managing partner of Eurasia Investment Solutions (“Eurasol”), a Moscow based investment firm specializing in providing full round investment banking services, private equity and venture fund services to investors. Before founding Eurasol in 2008, he had twelve years of experience in investment banking, including M&A and fund raising. Mr. Saklakov worked on top legal and investment positions in German and Dutch corporate and investment banks, an international law firm and the largest industrial investment fund operating in Russia on high-level managerial positions. Mr. Saklakov holds a bachelor degree in civil law, a post-graduate degree in international law, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University (USA) and he has also completed a number of educational courses including finance and accounting at Stanford University Graduate School of Business (USA).;

Mr. DeMare holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. Since May 1991, Mr. DeMare has been the President of Chase Management Ltd., a private company which provides a broad range of administrative, management and financial services to private and public companies engaged in mineral exploration and development, gold and silver production, oil and gas exploration and production and venture capital. Mr. DeMare indirectly owns 100% of Chase Management. Mr. DeMare currently serves as officer and director of other public reporting companies.

Mr. Dmitriy Kechkov graduated from Moscow Institute of Law (degree in economics) and Moscow State Academy of water transport. Mr. Kechkov worked for various Russian private and state owned companies including ALM Development. Currently, he works as an entrepreneur who invests and represents interests of other investors in various industries including mining.
